Enter the Dark Torturer Seal teleport and follow the large circular route through floor -1. The spawn covers a wide area with tight corridors and open rooms. Waypoints guide you through the full loop — multiple fullbox spots marked for optimal clearing.
Hellflayers are the biggest threat — they heal and hit extremely hard, always focus them first. Dark Torturers deal heavy physical damage and can combo you in tight corridors. Vexclaws are the easiest but still dangerous in groups. Keep moving through the circular route for consistent respawns. Fire and physical protection are essential — Prismatic Ring + Demonbone Amulet recommended. The 9 fullbox spots are where monsters stack up, use AoE runes there.
