From Yalahar depot head to the Elven Quarter in the north-west part of the city. The elves roam the streets and ruins above ground, with additional spawns on upper and lower floors of the ruined buildings.
Good beginner hunting spot with profitable loot. Elves are spread across multiple floors — follow the route through ruins. Elf Arcanists hit hardest but drop the best loot. Yellow Gems are rare but very valuable at low levels.
